Motorola Solutions is defining the future of the telecommunication industry through innovative, end-to-end solutions.## Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-energy, analytical, and partner-focused **Channel Account Manager** for our TETRA-through-the-channel business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Luxembourg (DACHL). You will be the primary point of contact for our channel partners.This position is designed for a rising professional who excels in **selling through channel partners**, managing & fostering **partner relationships**, **operational excellence**, precise **forecasting**, and building long-term **partner trust**. You will be responsible for maintaining existing revenue while identifying new areas of growth through disciplined channel management.### **Key Responsibilities*** **Selling the entire TETRA portfolio** (devices, accessories & systems) to our channel business* **Relationship Management:** Proactively strengthen partner bonds to ensure high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.* **Partner Enablement:** Serve as the "face of the brand" in the region. You will resolve partner issues promptly or strategically navigate our internal departments to find the right solutions.* **Precision Forecasting:** Maintain a rigorous, data-driven sales funnel. You are expected to provide monthly and quarterly forecasts with a high degree of accuracy to support regional planning.* **Operational Hygiene:** Keep CRM data (Salesforce) pristine, ensuring it accurately reflects market reality and customer health.* **Growth Identification:** Collaborate with partners and internal technical teams to spot upsell opportunities and expansion areas within the existing partner base.### ## Basic Requirements* **Experience:** 1–5 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or inside sales (preferably within the telecommunications or mission-critical communications industry, but not mandatory).* **Analytical Mindset:** You enjoy the "science" of sales.
