About The Role Account Coordinators are the backbone of the Account Team. They learn and know the agency and client structure, roles of each discipline, and the agency by performing essential organizational functions in conjunction with cross-department team members. They will support Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers across all workflows, supporting the organization of the work, information sharing, and the launch of our creative.

Account Coordinators will develop relationships with all departments, keeping adjacent team members up to speed with status documents, communications, and files. Once ready, Coordinators will drive their own projects with the oversight of their Manager.

You will be encouraged and expected to be intimately familiar with the client’s brand, product, and competitors, and will regularly share trend updates to team members for team education. You will be seen as a trusted resource for information and updates by both the internal team and client team, therefore inherent curiosity about marketing, human behavior, creative, production and business is a must.

Account Coordinators will be taught all aspects of creative development, media, production and data analysis for a full experience of .Monks.

Responsibilities

Keep organized folders and project documents on the shared server for all facets of the project, so that finding assets and information is quick and intuitive

Lead assignments with oversight from Account Manager(s), partnering with cross-department leads to ensure work stays on schedule and on brief

Build client relationships through executional excellence and communication

Coordinate agency and client schedules and send meeting invites

Ensure that all materials are prepared in advance for both internal and client meetings

Takes detailed client meeting notes and distributes a meeting recap, reviewed by team stakeholders, within 24 hours

Book conference rooms, test equipment in advance and ensure meeting tech is prepared and distributed

About You

Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a positive attitude and growth mindset

Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats

Ability to work independently and willingness to take assignments readily

Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department and client relationships

Basic understanding of social platforms and paid social media best practices is a bonus

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. Salary Range: $55,000—$65,000 USD
