Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager with opportunities for partial remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering tailored payment solutions, coordinating with internal teams, performing account reviews, resolving issues, and driving client satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, the Account Manager will play a role in identifying upselling opportunities to add value to client relationships.

Qualifications

Account management, customer relationship building, and client retention skills

Ability to analyze client needs, problem-solve, and provide effective payment solutions

Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and reporting

Experience in sales, upselling, or business development is a plus

Proficiency in tools and systems related to account management and CRM platforms

Availability for occasional on-site client visits in Amarillo, TX and surrounding areas

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
