We are expanding our presence in Southern California and are looking for a driven sales professional to grow our footprint in San Diego.

Responsibilities
Visit retail and on-premise locations across San Diego
Open new accounts (liquor stores, convenience stores, groceries, cafés, gyms, etc.)
Present Passion Joy products, pricing, and promotions
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of products
Collect market feedback and report competitive insights
Coordinate with distributors when applicable
Requirements
1+ year experience in beverage, CPG, or field sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently in the field
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Familiarity with the San Diego retail market is a strong plus
Compensation
Base salary
+ commission
(or commission-only option if preferred)
