Job Description As a market and account developer, you will utilize your strong technical and business competencies and customer service orientation to provide the highest level of business and technical consultation to sales teams, prospects and customers to achieve our growth goals. At a high level, your goal is to expand Capgemini’s presence in the Insights & Data space across one or several client accounts.

Ideal Candidate

Have a thorough understanding of the CPR market and as well as direct, extensive work experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods sector

Possess a deep understanding of the AI, data and analytics domain, developed through several years of direct, hands‑on participation in AI & data projects within CPR sectors

Have demonstrated the ability to be a highly effective account manager, from account‑opening through the development of a mature, trust‑based relationship that fosters positive business outcomes

The person will possess an understanding of – and have a successful track record in – professional services sales and partner‑based selling

The candidate will utilize his/her excellent technical and relationship building skills in working with prospects, customers, vendors and partners to ensure that solutions are successfully positioned to customers.

Candidate must be motivated, take initiative and be a team player since we “sell in packs.” Selling technology‑based, transformational services is complex and requires a person to understand the various roles each stakeholder plays in the process.

Fine knowledge of deal modeling financial acumen is a must

Experience in a highly matrixed organization preferred

This role requires adept performance of the following:

Collaborative Selling

Learning and articulating both Insights & Data’s broad set of services, offerings and capabilities as well as Capgemini’s ability to implement successfully those technology solutions.

Working with our CPRS sector’s field sales professionals targeting our install base and new logo accounts in specific industries

Introducing a broad set of technology partner sales professionals to Capgemini sales professionals, and building cadence around key activities/targets/accounts and programs

Working with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities, and team‑selling through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles.

Participating in client/prospect calls

Attending and driving client interactions at trade shows and conferences

Participating in RFP/proposal responses (as part of the team)

Collaborative Delivery Excellence

Work closely with the delivery teams to provide delivery executive governance for I&D programs in the account

Owning and or oversee drafting of complex Statement of Work

Working with Insights and Data practice and service line leads (onshore, offshore and nearshore) to identify and fulfill account demands with top talents

Sales to Delivery Handover

Act as account delivery partner for the Insights and Data portfolio in the account

Own the overall I&D booking, revenue and orderbook numbers for the account

Required Skill and Experience

10+ years Professional Services, Business Development, Account Management and/or partner management experience

Proven success in both selling and delivering consulting engagements, including close client management and collaborating with senior executives

Meet and exceed sales targets in excess of $15M annually; manage engagements ranging from $2m to $15m in annual revenues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BA/BS degree required, with MBA or equivalent work experience preferred

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $240,000- $270,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
