What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain key relationships with clients and pharmacy teams to optimize pharmacy spend
Drive strategic master account plans to ensure client engagement and satisfaction
Advocate for client interests and collaborate with internal teams to meet client priorities
Lead client meetings and ensure superior client satisfaction through effective communication
Manage the end-to-end Request For Proposal (RFP) process for renewing groups
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of client service experience, including at least 2 years in sales or account management within healthcare or pharmacy benefit management
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Subject matter expertise in pharmacy trends or health plan benefits
Experience developing and communicating selling strategies and proposals
Ability to manage complex information and develop solutions for clients
Experience working in a matrixed team environment
Willingness to travel up to 40%
