We are looking for a Jr. Affiliate Account Manager (Media COE) to join our team. As part of the Media Center of Excellence (COE) you will be instrumental in the operational execution, performance analysis, budget tracking and management of our affiliate and employee purchase program (EPP) channels. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Affiliate Lead.

This role requires strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, a keen eye for fraud detection, and a commitment to maintaining efficient, automated processes with our key vendors.

Role and Responsibilities Affiliate Network Support

Support day‑to‑day management of closed affiliate networks, ensuring offers are accurately set up, maintained, and optimized.

Assist with compliance checks and ongoing partner communication.

Monitor affiliate activity to ensure alignment with program guidelines and brand standards.

Promotion & Offer Coordination

Gather and consolidate promotion details from multiple lines of business (LOBs), including offer terms, timelines, creatives, and tracking requirements.

Coordinate promotion launches and updates across affiliate partners and networks.

Ensure all promotions are accurately documented and communicated in a timely manner.

Budget Management & Reporting

Track affiliate spend and performance against allocated budgets.

Assist in forecasting, pacing, and reconciling affiliate budgets.

Support performance reporting, including ROI, CPA, and partner‑level insights.

Communicate performance recaps to internal stakeholders.

Identify performance trends and optimization opportunities across affiliates and offers.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, and business stakeholders.

Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to affiliate growth.

Required Experience and Education

1‑3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related digital marketing role.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience working with closed and/or private affiliate networks.

Experience tracking and managing marketing budgets.

(Preferred) Experience working with multiple lines of business or complex offer structures.

(Preferred) Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools. Rakuten affiliate dashboard or similar eg: commission junction, impact radius, Rakuten, CJ, Awin, Impact.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
