The Inside Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing and developing the TTI Supply Services team, overseeing its operations and business activities. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager for TTI Connect and TTI Supply Services. Your responsibilities include:
Leadership and further development of the TTI Supply Services team Escalation contact and central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Monitoring, prevention, and elimination of excess and obsolete stock Solution‑oriented approach and implementation of process optimization and automation Organising and leading team meetings Monitoring KPIs, analysing results, and implementing corrective actions as needed Identifying issues and preventing costs through coordinated and swift countermeasures What you bring to us:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as Inside Sales or in a related position in the electronic industry Proven experience in team leadership is an advantage Skilled in preparing reports and professional correspondence Highly organised with strong ability to prioritise multiple tasks Fluent in English and German Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications We offer:
