A top tier, well-capitalized real estate firm in a rapid growth phase is in need of a results-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to its corporate finance team. This role sits close to leadership and plays a direct part in budgeting, forecasting, asset-level performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across a growing portfolio.

*$120-$150K (base + full 1st year annual bonus)

*3 days/week hybrid in office*

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational data to deliver clear, actionable insights on performance, variances, and trends

Prepare detailed property performance analysis, identifying drivers and improvement opportunities

Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages for executive leadership

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with asset managers, operators, and department heads

Support preparation of quarterly board materials, coordinating inputs across functions

Build and maintain sophisticated financial models providing multi-year visibility into performance and strategy

Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives

Work with IT and other teams to automate reporting, support systems implementations, and develop BI dashboards

Leverage third-party market and industry data to inform decision-making

Mentor and support junior analysts as the team continues to scale

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

3–6 years of FP&A and/or financial reporting experience within commercial real estate or a related industry

Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including complex financial modeling and executive-level presentations

Experience with real estate accounting systems and data analytics tools is a plus

Clear, confident communicator able to partner across all levels of the organization
