Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal

Drafting and finalizing CDs, settlement statements, seller documents, and lender closing packages Coordinating settlements with all parties (borrowers, sellers, agents, and lenders) Managing transaction ledgers, printing and disbursing checks, and assisting with post-closing work Maintaining the closing calendar in Microsoft Outlook Upholding office security protocols and firm-wide Best Practices standards What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate closings Proven ability to manage multiple closings in a deadline-driven setting Familiarity with Qualia preferred Strong organizational skills and a positive, client-first attitude How to Apply
