Responsibilities
Work with Lighting Specialist and Sales to understand project requirements and ensure work proceeds on spec and transitions smoothly to the customer.
Manage orders from purchase order to final billing, including drawings, expediting change orders and billing resolution.
Create and maintain assigned project orders in Eclipse.
Create submittals and O&M documents.
Manage project purchase order process with vendors.
Expedite all assigned project orders.
Monitor and report progress to all stakeholders via project status reports and updates.
Identify, analyze, and solve critical problems.
Manage project budgets while ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and billing.
Serve as information center for technical information and consult with sales on product applications when applicable.
Process all project change orders and customer returns on assigned projects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date job folders for all assigned projects.
Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet daily objectives and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Previous project management experience is a plus; self-starter who can work independently with little supervision.
A college degree and/or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
