Job Overview:
This position coordinates and processes for Deaconess Home Medical Equipment & Infusion/Freedom Medical or its subsidiaries (hereafter HME), Covers the front desk, answers phones, processes referrals/requests from Case Manager/Referral RNs, Ancillary Services, physician's offices, other referral sources and clients.
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Experience Qualifications:
Equivalent combination of education and experience. Required. Minimum of one year relevant experience related experience and/or training Preferred. Additional training in medical terminology, data processing and pharmacy experience. Preferred.
