Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Experience enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring exceptional service delivery Ability to build rapport with customers and address inquiries or concerns effectively Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus Proven ability to work in a team‑oriented and fast‑paced environment
