About The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in‑house Marketing Team. This is a great opportunity for a well‑rounded designer who’s excited to contribute to a variety of creative and production‑focused projects across digital, print, and brand environments.
In this role, you’ll support our Art Director and marketing team with the design and production of assets for websites, brochures, flyers, trade show booths, digital ads, emails, social media, and beyond. You’ll help bring ideas to life visually while also helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes through file prep, vendor coordination, and presentation support.
We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable laying out a print piece as they are mocking up a web banner, detail‑oriented as well as creative, and always ready to pitch in where needed.
What You’ll Do Design & Creative Execution
Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, signage, trade show booths, branded swag, and internal collateral
Create digital assets such as social media graphics, email headers, website banners, landing page layouts, and PowerPoint visuals
Assist with the creation and maintenance of responsive website pages and microsites, in collaboration with web and content team
Develop creative for presentations, including branded slide decks and templates
Help maintain consistent branding across all visual communications for our three companies
Production & Brand Support
Prepare and package files for print production, ensuring accuracy, correct specs, and color profiles
Coordinate with external print vendors to request quotes, manage proofs, and ensure quality and timely delivery
Assist with PowerPoint presentations, visual storytelling, and formatting for internal and external meetings
Support creation and execution of event materials like signage, banners, booth layouts, posters, and giveaways
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, file naming, and version control
Assist with meeting prep, which may include assembling visual materials, printing decks, or setting up creative displays
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in‑house marketing environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating your range across print and digital design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience designing in PowerPoint, including layouts, charts, and light animation
Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for basic web or UI layouts
Familiarity with preparing press‑ready files and working with vendors or printers
Strong understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color, hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal hand‑holding
Detail‑oriented, organized, and dependable with a great attitude and strong communication skills
Bonus points for:
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (like WordPress)
Motion graphics, photo editing, or light animation experience
