The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, reviewing title insurance commitments, and handling lease agreements. The role also includes assisting with commercial real estate transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements. The selected candidate will support attorneys and legal teams in providing high-quality legal assistance for real estate matters.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence processes
Experience with Title Insurance and related documentation
Knowledge of Lease agreements and their preparation
Practical experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with legal software and document management systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred
