We are seeking an experienced Digital Team Lead to guide our digital strategy, drive online performance, and manage cross-functional digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to optimize our digital channels, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business growth.

About the Role — Digital Team Lead We are seeking a Digital Team Lead / Project Manager to own the day‑to‑day planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, campaign workflows, website delivery, and reporting. This role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, managing a team of junior specialists, and ensuring that digital programs are delivered accurately and on time, aligned with business goals.

This is a highly operational role ideal for someone who thrives on building repeatable processes, keeping work moving, and motivating a team to deliver consistent, high‑quality output across multiple digital channels. While the role supports strategy and optimization, it is not solely a creative or strategy‑only position. Success is driven by execution, organization, and accountability.

Program Delivery

Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for digital program execution across internal teams and stakeholders

Lead internal Q&A related to timelines, deliverables, campaign requirements, and digital tooling

Translate marketing objectives and service packages into clear work plans and executable deliverables

Coordinate onboarding, transitions, and ongoing program needs as priorities shift or scale

Workflow & Operations Management

Design, document, and maintain workflows for:

Organic marketing and SEO initiatives

Paid media campaigns (search, social, display/programmatic)

Website builds, updates, and optimizations

Own timelines, task assignment, prioritization, and delivery across service lines

Identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and escalate resource needs when required

Ensure consistent use of templates, SOPs, and standardized processes to support scalable delivery

Team Leadership & People Management

Manage and support a small team of junior specialists (organic, paid media, website execution)

Assign work, review output, and provide clear feedback to maintain quality and consistency

Coach team members on process adherence, platform execution, and efficiency

Track capacity and performance to ensure deadlines and service standards are met

Manage the team with clear goals, accountability, and support

Digital Marketing Execution Support (SEO, SEM, Social, Web)

Oversee and support the execution of integrated digital campaigns across:

SEO and local optimization

Paid search (PPC) and paid social

Display and programmatic

Website enhancements and content updates

Partner with content and web resources to ensure campaigns and site updates align with objectives

Support optimization initiatives such as conversion rate improvements, testing, or ongoing enhancements

Reporting, Analytics & Performance Tracking

Own reporting and data compilation across key digital channels (organic, paid, website)

Establish and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes

Monitor performance trends and flag opportunities, risks, or delivery concerns

Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule

Partner with strategy leadership to surface insights and support optimization recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

4–7 years of experience in digital marketing operations, project management, or agency delivery

Proven experience managing and mentoring junior or early‑career team members

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workflows simultaneously

Working knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, social, paid media, web/CMS)

Strong ability to document process, drive execution, and maintain delivery standards

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management

Highly detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments

This position is based in Cleveland, OH. While we offer a hybrid work schedule, candidates must reside within commuting distance for regular in‑office collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

Experience in multi‑location marketing, healthcare, franchise‑style programs, or high‑volume service delivery

Familiarity with tools such as:

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

GA4, Google Tag Manager

Local listings/reputation platforms (e.g., Uberall, Birdeye)

Programmatic platforms (e.g., Simpli.fi)

Website CMS platforms

Experience scaling standardized digital marketing services across large client portfolios

Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
