Overview The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Communications Director and directly works with the Marketing Coordinator. The role works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and external vendors to execute strategic marketing initiatives. This is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in planning and executing integrated marketing programs that elevate brand awareness, drive sales enablement, and support revenue growth. This role blends strategic coordination with hands‑on execution and oversees initiatives across digital, social, event, and collateral channels, ensuring that messaging, tools, and campaigns are aligned with Kuros’ commercial objectives.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience

3–5 years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities

Experience in the field of medical device within Spinal Surgery or Orthopedics is required

Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative market research and applying insights to inform strategy

Knowledge of relevant quality systems (i.e., Veeva) and medical compliance and regulatory requirements

Experience managing external web hosting or development vendors.

Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, HighSpot, WordPress, Canva)

Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Skills

Campaign & Content Management

Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns (print, social, digital) that align with commercial strategy

Lead creation and rollout of promotional materials including new sales collaterals, trade show booths and resources, sales enablement tools and video assets

Oversee the Global Veeva platform to ensure timely and compliant Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review of all marketing materials—overseeing with the Marketing Coordinator for submission, annotation, and tracking processes

Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate clinical data into compelling value propositions

Sales Enablement Strategy & Tools

Oversee content development and optimization on HighSpot, ensuring sales reps and distributors have access to the latest messaging and resources

Track platform analytics to assess usage trends and identify content gaps or update needs

Partner with Sales leadership to identify enablement needs and develop solutions to support field adoption

Market Research & Strategic Insight

Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to gather insights from target audiences, surgeons, and sales teams

Analyze findings and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies, messaging, and campaign development

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Oversee scheduling and execution of social media posts and email campaigns; ensure brand voice consistency and compliance with brand guidelines

Monitor and report on digital KPIs—including engagement, reach, CTR, and conversion metrics—to evaluate performance and recommend optimizations

Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Director on website strategy and SEO priorities.

Manage the company website and external web development vendor—owning content updates with outsourced website vendor, implementing minor changes via WordPress, and ensuring site content reflects current messaging and product offerings

Event & Tradeshow Execution

Lead end‑to‑end management of select tradeshows, conferences, and sales meetings including booth development, activities and coordination, collateral planning, lead tracking, follow‑up strategies and ROI

Support logistics for flagship events in partnership with the Marketing Coordinator and Events Team

Help develop pre‑show and post‑show campaigns to maximize impact

Team Management

Directly manage the Marketing Coordinator, assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, and supporting professional development

Ensure alignment across team workflows and maintain high‑quality execution of all deliverables

Travel Requirement

Ability to travel domestic and international

Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $110,000 USD

Lifting/Carrying : May require lifting and carrying items 50 pounds or more, depending on the role.

Manual Dexterity : Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, grasping, and operating office or job‑specific equipment.

Driving : Some roles may require the ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and maintain a valid driver’s license.
