
Customer Service Rep

(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Relations Associate. This position supports a dynamic and growing organization serving Government and Fortune 500 clients. The Customer Relations Associate will report to the Head of Customer Relations and the VP of Customer Relations & Operations. Based on performance, this role offers advancement opportunities into managerial leadership.
Essential Duties
Report directly to the Customer Relations Manager
Interface with customers and vendors on a daily basis
Collaborate closely with production, shipping/receiving, and estimating teams
Gradually assume responsibility for key client accounts
Develop knowledge of industry landscape to effectively address customer needs
Perform clerical duties and assist with database management
Requirements/Skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn company products and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Associate degree or higher required
Two (2) years of experience preferred; training will be provided
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
Occasional lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds
Ability to move throughout office and warehouse environments as needed
