Job Description
We are looking for someone with inside sales experience in the wholesale industry. We would like someone with fire suppression sprinkler experience.
Inside Sales Associate - Responsible for entering submitted purchase orders from customers as well as handling the entire process along the way. Inside Sales is expected to have knowledge on the products we sell as well as the ability to help customers make a decision on what is needed for their specific application. You will be required to cover phone calls to the branch as well as assist customers who come in for will‑call orders, where you will either hand them their small order or you will work with our warehouse members to get the customer loaded.
You should be self‑motivated and organized. Basic computer skills are required and most of your day‑to‑day procedures will be completed on our order writing systems as well as various online portals for our vendors. This position requires someone willing to work with a team but also is capable of handling projects on their own.
