
B2B Textile Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between the company and apparel brand partners. This role is responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring that the company’s trims solutions align with the evolving needs of apparel brands. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with industry knowledge to build trust and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
Act as key contact for apparel brand clients mainly in Vancouver, regularly travel within USA to meet different assigned customers
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with trim developers and designers, get nomination especially the key programs
Conduct regular in person meetings with clients to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities. Share visiting plan to department director in weekly basis
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with apparel brands.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase company products and services.
Track and report on monthly sales performance and pipeline activity to department director
Collaborate with internal teams in China / Hong Kong for sample development status and solution, to ensure seamless service delivery. Follow up from development to approval.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meeting
Work with brand partners to co-create initiatives that strengthen collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the apparel or textile/ trims industry. Strong network in garment industry (esp the apparel brands) will be preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, speaking in German is a plus
Strong team player with cross cultural cooperation
Basic knowledge about soft trims like elastic, drawcords, webbing, etc. is a plus
