What You Will Get To Do:
Partner with sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategy, territory planning and quota setting
Support sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs performance management, Go-To-Market & Quarterly Business Review meetings
Analyze sales performance metrics and trends and generate actionable insights
Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports for leadership review
Identify gaps in sales processes and sales operations processes to recommend improvements
Lead initiatives to automate and streamline sales operations
Act as the point of contact for resolving operational issues impacting the sales team
Collaborate with Incentive, Finance Operations, Data Optimization other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationships
What You Will Bring:
5-7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics, preferably in a software/SaaS company
Expertise in using SFDC CRM. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Familiarity with software sales cycles, especially SaaS or B2B.
Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset
Directly manage and coach a Sales Operations Analyst
