Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester, MN, for an Onsite Sales Manager. The Onsite Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of sales operations, including building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, leading the sales team, and providing on-the-ground support for clients during the home-buying process. The role also includes overseeing transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning sales initiatives with the company’s goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, prospecting new opportunities, and maintaining strong local market knowledge are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Leadership, team management, and motivational skills to guide and support the sales team
Knowledge of real estate processes, home-buying procedures, and local market trends is a plus
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools
Experience working in a real estate or construction environment is advantageous
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Base salary + bonus/commission (On-Target Earnings $90k–$140k, top performers higher)
