Responsibilities

Conduct in-home presentations of our premium home improvement products

Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners

Effectively ask for the sale and close deals

Meet and exceed sales goals set by the company

Provide exceptional customer service and follow‑up

Maintain professionalism and consistency in all customer interactions

Qualifications

1+ year of commissioned sales, in‑home sales, or customer‑facing closing experience strongly preferred (We train the right people, but this role is not entry‑level)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and Saturdays

Self‑motivated, coachable, and results‑oriented

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (company vehicle provided after meeting sales requirements)

iPad or laptop with reliable internet access

Schedule

Full‑time

Some Evening shifts

Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday appointments in the morning
