Role Description The Retail Banking Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Winston-Salem, NC, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and managing day-to-day branch operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with banking transactions, providing solutions for financial needs, promoting products and services, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires maintaining high service standards while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Proficiency in customer-focused service and inventory management
Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Basic knowledge of banking processes is preferred but not required
Ability to work effectively on-site in a professional environment
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in banking or finance are a plus
