As a Senior Sales Specialist, you are a lead performer in our sales organization. You’ll be the face of the Hard Rock, scouting new group business and nurturing existing accounts to blow past revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and event rentals. You’ll orchestrate every detail from the first "hello" to the final encore, ensuring our guests experience the world-class service we’re known for.

Responsibilities

Acts as a key revenue driver, utilizing a mix of outside sales calls, digital outreach, and on-site inspections to consistently beat sales targets.

Optimizes property revenue by strategically cross‑selling all amenities and services to new, past, and prospective clients through persuasive presentations and tailored proposals.

Manages the full sales lifecycle with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all account data, solicitation efforts, and contract closings are accurately documented.

Acts as the primary liaison between sales and operations, orchestrating departmental synergy to guarantee a flawless guest experience.

Designs and executes sophisticated, consultative sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and goals of high‑value prospective clients.

Cultivates long‑term client loyalty through personalized engagement and site experiences, strategically entertaining key stakeholders to secure high‑value partnerships.

Acts as the central point of contact, delivering clear, cross‑departmental directives to ensure every team is aligned to provide a seamless, five‑star guest experience.

Represents the company at trade shows and industry events while staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Oversees all client correspondence, internal booking reports, and meticulous file maintenance to ensure operational accuracy.

Blocks event space and hotel rooms appropriately and accurately for each group in Delphi.

Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

A minimum of four years of proven hospitality sales success, specifically within a large‑scale, full‑service hotel or resort of similar complexity.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and organize teams while maintaining a positive, "all‑hands‑on‑deck" attitude.

Deep understanding of revenue management, business planning, and local market competition.

Elite written and verbal skills used to influence clients and direct internal departments effectively.

Proficient in Delphi and Microsoft Office, with the flexibility for travel and out‑of‑town prospecting.

Thrives under pressure and deadlines while maintaining the high professional standards of the Hard Rock brand.
