Responsibilities
Greeting people and talk about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
Interact and consult with prospective buyers to guide them through their purchase
Create the world class vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers
Complete quotes, return texts/email/voicemail, other duties to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and create a game plan to meet those goals
Qualifications
Positive attitude
Willingness to talk to anyone and everyone!
Excellent attendance record
Spatial awareness
Able to make phone calls, send emails and send text messages
Capable of basic computer and mobile device operation
Able to learn a portfolio of products
Able to work five days per week including weekends
Able to attain a California Vehicle Salesperson License
Requires valid M1 license endorsement and be able to confidently perform a test ride on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle
