Role Overview The Partner Solutions Specialist is responsible for leading execution across multiple partners and industry domains. This role drives pipeline accuracy, develops scalable sales plays, and manages strategic partner relationships for Autodesk’s Emerging Technologies products. The specialist collaborates deeply with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and impact. Strong communication and innovative thinking enable the role to influence partner outcomes and internal planning.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Forecast Management: Oversee partner sales pipelines and ensure forecast accuracy for Emerging Technologies products, both new and renewal business, using CRM tools and analytics.
New Business Execution: Lead go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities for Emerging Solutions products to drive partner growth.
Repeatable Sales Plays: Develop and refine repeatable sales plays; ensure consistent execution across partner segments.
Collaboration: Drive cross-functional alignment with internal teams and partners; facilitate strategic communication and execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Manage strategic relationships across partner tiers; deliver enablement resources and advocate for partner success.

Industry Expertise: Demonstrates proficiency in multiple industry domains; connects solutions to strategic initiatives.
Forecasting: Experienced with multiple forecasting approaches and tools with significant involvement in forecasting revenues for multiple products or markets.
Communication Skills: Delivers compelling presentations and written communications; tailors messages to audiences.
Innovative Thinking: Independently solves complex challenges; develops scalable solutions.Collaboration: Leads collaborative efforts across teams; facilitates alignment and execution.
Sales Team Collaboration
Acts as a liaison between partners and Autodesk sales teams to ensure coordinated execution of joint goals.
Shares actionable insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and strategic initiatives.
Drives cross-functional alignment with marketing, customer success, and operations.
Facilitates consistent messaging and strategic communication across geographies and partner tiers.

Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $126,200 and $226,160. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
