Join us, and let’s improve lives together.****Essential Functions*** Provides executive support for Sales and Field executive leadership* Handles high-level correspondence, emails, and other administrative communications* Manages and supports executive schedules, meetings, and appointments* Coordinate executive travel arrangements and logistics* Partners closely with the Executive Coordinators to ensure efficient and coordinated processes and approaches* Assists with projects for the Sales and Distribution Management, Marketing, and field teams* Develops detailed project timelines, ensuring projects remain with budget, and resource allocation is appropriate* Monitors project progress and ensures adherence to deadlines and quality standards* Supports onboarding sessions for new Sales team members* Supports the response to internal audits and works with regions on tracking and follow-up needs* Processes invoices and supports the budget process* Maintains a virtual regional calendar of large and high importance internal and external events and activities by region, ensuring active participation* Coordinates agent visits to the corporate office for business meetings with Sales, Underwriting and other executive leadership, collaborating closely with Executive Coordinators* Coordinates CIAB, INA, and other KDP agency meetings in partnership with sales leaders* Supports the Sales and Underwriting Operations Managers and Executive Coordinators on projects and event planning* Partners with onsite field administrators and sales coordinators to coordinate internal and agency events, including logistics, arrangements, technology setup, and other needs* Serves as a primary contact and resource for field administrators and sales coordinators to support communication and collaboration between Sales & Distribution Management, Marketing, and the field* Schedules and sets the agenda and follow-up for regular meetings and other touchpoints with field colleagues as appropriate**Education & Experience*** Associate degree, preferably in insurance or business administration, or equivalent relevant experience* Three years of executive level support experience or related experience* Project management experience preferred* Insurance designations preferred**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities*** Strong research and report preparation skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions* Strong technology and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and related programs* Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion**The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either of the following:**$60,813 - $84,038 or $67,200 - $92,395**A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range.
