The Position Developing and executing an insight‑led social media strategy that aligns with the global brand is all in a day’s work with this one! You’ll own content creation, copywriting, scheduling, publishing and community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Producing high‑quality visual content, you’ll showcase each brand’s personality using both professional shoots and iPhone‑led videos, tracking, analysing and reporting the social performance by applying data‑driven tactics to grow engagement, awareness, audiences and loyalty.

Collaborating with everyone around you and always ready to lend a helping hand, you’ll support marketing initiatives across websites, emails and other communications, partner with third‑party brands and creators for co‑created campaigns, and manage paid social campaigns, agency partners and reporting.

What We’re Looking For We’re after a Senior Social Media Manager with a strategic and commercial edge! Someone with a real passion for the industry who has some strong hospitality or lifestyle experience up their sleeve, particularly when it comes to food and beverage. You’re someone who knows the market and predicts the ever‑changing trends before they happen!

We want to hear not just about your strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, but also how you’ve utilized this for growth too. Exceptional copywriting, creative storytelling and brand voice skills are key here, as is an established network of industry contacts and influencers.

Last but not least, you’ll be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, confident with social scheduling tools and reporting platforms and a real interest in hospitality, social media trends and digital storytelling.
