Responsibilities

Block out the animation and provide a playblast or preview for review and approval before polishing.
Organize animation actions and NLA tracks within the .blend file, ensuring clean naming conventions and structured collections.
Deliver a simple MP4 preview render and the final .blend file with all animation and camera work included.
Maintain clear communication regarding progress and confirm adherence to all technical requirements.
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience in character animation and camera work within Blender, with a strong portfolio demonstrating anime-style action sequences.
Deep understanding of Blender's animation tools, NLA editor, and camera animation techniques.
Ability to strictly follow technical guidelines: no changes to skeletons, bone names, hierarchy, orientations, or skin weights.
Skilled in blocking, timing, and polishing character and camera animation for impactful storytelling.
