BRIEF DESCRIPTION With a strategic focus on developing and grow our standard and special engineered pumps water & industrial project business across North America (USA, Canada, Mexico). This role focuses on strategic sales, business development, and leveraging relationships with engineering companies, EPCs, construction firms, end-users and municipalities.

This dynamic role requires a technically proficient sales professional with engineered pumps knowledge with proven sales experience, self-motivated and who can effectively position ANDRITZ PUMPS competitive advantages through value-based selling approach to maximize customer order intake and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive pump sales and maximize Order Intake (OI) for standard and special engineered pumps water & industrial projects across North America

Build strong relationships with corporate key accounts, engineering firms, EPCs, and end users

Lead proposal development, including technical and commercial components, and manage submissions and customer discussions

Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams

Use CRM and SAP for tracking opportunities, orders, and customer updates

Deliver technical presentations and training sessions

Work with global teams to align technical and business solutions

Ensure synergies with the local ANDRITZ organization

PROFILE

Well-connected with North American engineering companies, EPCs end users and municipalities

Strong knowledge of Water business

Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment

Experience with hydraulic selection tools is an advantage

Experience using CRM tools, SAP, proficiency in MS Office applications

Proven ability to work cross-culturally with global teams in Europe and manufacturing plants

Independent and structured way of working

Excellent communication and team-playing skills

Solution and results orientation

Language skills:

English fluency (must-have)

SCHOOL EDUCATION Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

EXPERIENCE Minimum 8–10 years' experience in engineered pumps sales, covering both standard and special engineered water & industrial projects

OTHER REQUESITES Willingness to travel extensively across USA, Canada, Mexico
