
What You’ll Do
Grow & Manage Client Relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising clients
Build long-term partnerships that drive retention and recurring revenue
Understand client goals and translate them into targeted advertising strategies
Prospect and close new business
Develop customized direct mail and print advertising proposals
Cross-sell special sections, sponsorships, premium placements, and expanded distribution
Lead renewal conversations strategically to secure ongoing commitments
Oversee campaigns from proposal through distribution
Ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
Review performance with clients and recommend refinements to maximize ROI
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience
3–5+ years in advertising sales, direct mail, print media, or business development
Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and meet revenue goals
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience building customized marketing plans and discussing ROI confidently
Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
pay range: 54,000-62,000
