Concrete Collaborative is a design-driven concrete and terrazzo manufacturer working at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and material innovation. Our Oceanside headquarters is a fast-paced hybrid environment — part showroom, part operations hub — supporting residential, hospitality, and commercial projects nationwide.
We are seeking a highly organized, positive, and detail-oriented Design Sales Coordinator to support clients and our national team across project development, quoting, and day-to-day showroom operations.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career with an interest in design, architecture, construction, or materials who enjoys both client interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination.
Role Overview This position blends showroom sales, project coordination, and internal sales support. You will assist walk-in clients, designers, architects, and contractors while also managing high-volume digital communication through email, CRM, phone, and direct messages.
You’ll learn a niche product category within the design industry and help translate creative ideas into real projects.
Key Responsibilities Client Support & Showroom Experience
Welcome and assist showroom visitors with material selection and project guidance
Provide a thoughtful, design-forward client experience aligned with our brand
Help customers understand applications, finishes, and specifications
Prepare quotes, estimates, and sales orders accurately
Support residential and commercial project inquiries
Assist with product specifications and technical information
Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and national sales
Communication & CRM Management
Respond to client emails, phone calls, and direct messages in a timely manner
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data entry
Track project details, samples, and follow-ups
Operational Support
Help maintain an organized and visually strong showroom environment
Assist with sample organization and general administrative coordination
Collaborate closely with Oceanside team members and remote colleagues
Ideal Candidate
Entry level or early career; experience in design, interiors, construction, tile, or materials is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in email, CRM platforms, and fast-paced communication environments
Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
Clear communicator — both written and verbal
Willingness to learn a specialized product and growing industry
Self-starter who enjoys supporting a team and wearing multiple hats
Why This Role is Unique Unlike traditional retail showroom roles, this position sits at the center of our national operations — combining design exposure, client interaction, and real project coordination across hospitality, residential, and commercial work.
You’ll gain experience similar to roles at leading tile and surface brands but within a highly creative, entrepreneurial environment.
Based in our Oceanside headquarters (showroom + warehouse setting)
Collaborative team culture
Opportunity to grow into sales, project management, or design-focused roles
To Apply To Apply:
Please submit resume and a brief introduction explaining your interest in design, materials, or the built environment.
