Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and grow sales operations in their designated region, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships along with outside Reps, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing a Rep sales team, meeting revenue targets, and representing the company at industry events and exhibitions. Collaborating with internal sales and technical sales teams to optimize customer solutions and address client needs will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
Strong sales, account management, and relationship‑building skills
Experience in strategic planning, business development, and achieving revenue targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of water, wastewater treatment technologies, or related industries is highly preferred
Ability to lead and support a regional sales effort with outside Reps effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
An aptitude for technical understanding and the ability to learn new products
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region
