Overview iTrade Pay is currently searching for the ideal candidate to join our dynamic and growing team. We are currently looking for a well-rounded team member who might be looking to be a part of a growing company. We have been in the Valley since 2004 and our office is located in North Phoenix. We currently have an Account Manager Position open. In this position you will be supporting local business owners already in our network by connecting them with services in our network that they may need. This includes marketing sales & coordination. This position is a great combo of both sales and administration work! Position will require outbound calling to our clients, email communication, job research, and out-of-the-box thinking.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, independent thinker with great customer service, passionate on results and organized. Computer navigation and fast typing skills are essential for this position.

Starting at $20/ hour

After 60-Day Training and evaluation period, compensation will be reviewed, with the opportunity to increase to $25/hour plus performance based bonuses.

Responsibilities

Support local business owners in our network by connecting them with services they may need.

Engage in marketing, sales and coordination activities.

Collaborate with team to fulfill client needs and drive results.

Outbound calling to clients and email communication.

Conduct job research and apply out-of-the-box thinking to problem-solve.

Balance sales and administration tasks as part of a combined role.

Qualifications

Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills

Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication

Excellent clerical skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills/Experience

B2B sales or customer service experience

Marketing sales/consulting/coordination experience

Outbound calling experience
