What you will be doing:

Customer Engagement:

Educate customers and trade allies on energy efficiency programs and incentives. Sales & Support:

Collaborate with end-users, dealers, and contractors to explain efficiency measures andassistwith enrollment. Field Work:

Travel to meet with contractors, vendors, and customers, providing hands-on support. Account Management:

Build andmaintainan account base to achievecurrentyear savings and develop a pipeline for the following year. Customer Service:

Deliver high-quality service to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction. Opportunity Identification:

Identifyenergy efficiency opportunities for multifamily properties. Program Facilitation:

Facilitateparticipation in energy efficiency programs. Relationship Building:

Establishand maintain strong relationships with property owners, managers, and contractors. Savings Goals:

Help customers achieve their energy savings goals. High-QualityService:

Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the process. Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel within Southern California. Requirements are between 5% to 40%. (reimbursement for mileage provided). Additional Tasks

Help lead a team of account managers, which includes training and mentoring junior staff. Develop and implement sales strategies as well as help prepare persuasive presentations withaccountmanagement team. Perform quality assurance reviews ofsubmittedprojects for approval. Direct oversight of program budgets and tracking & reporting Key Performance Indicators Review program performance towards goals on a regularbasisincluding program forecasting. Assistin the direct support of client outreach, meetings and ad hoc requests including 1-on-1 monthly client meetings. Bring forthconsolidatedinformation from the AM team to help the client better understand challenges and opportunities. What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in (Business Admin, Energy, Environment, Communication)(candidates can also substitute one year of experience for each year of education) 2+years' experiencein equipment or technology sales, engineering, and/or energy efficiency Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check Professional Skills:

Expertisewith energy efficiency and U.S. policies for residential energy programs Knowledge of energy efficient building practices, energycodesand technologies Strong leadership and management skills to help grow and lead a team Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients, homebuilders, HERS raters, architects, and other trade ally organizations Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Experience developing recommendations and solutions to overcome challenges Proficiencyin MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn ICF energy efficiency database/project tracking system Ability to travel Working at ICF

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. $73,770.00 - $125,408.00 California Field Office (CA66)
