Strategic Sales Manager - Lowe's

Lowe's is a cornerstone of that growth, and we're looking for a Strategic Sales Manager who knows how to win in a complex and highly competitive retail environment.
This role is built for a sales leader who thrives on accountability, knows how to positively influence the customer, and can translate strategy into sustained commercial results.
What you'll own
Full P&L and performance ownership for the Lowe's account across Fiskars Business Areas and eCommerce Primary relationship with Lowe's merchant and buyer partners, driving alignment, trust, and growth Development and execution of 3-year strategic growth plans aligned to Lowe's strategies and Fiskars business priorities Leadership of quarterly business reviews, joint business planning, and line reviews with a sharp focus on share growth, distribution, and profitability Omni-channel execution—aligning brick-and-mortar and eCommerce strategies to maximize total account performance Sales fundamentals excellence: forecast accuracy, demand planning, account proposals, and market plans Cross-functional leadership, coordinating Product, Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain, and eCommerce to deliver results What it takes to win
5-7 years of CPG sales experience with Lowe's Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, category expansion, and margin performance Strong negotiation and influence skills with senior merchants and cross-functional leaders Highly analytical—comfortable using data to shape strategy, pricing, assortment, and promotional decisions Action-oriented, competitive, and accountable—you own outcomes, not just plans Bachelor's degree required Why this role
