Position Overview: Hunter Role. ISS-KY is hiring a quota-carryingSales Managerwhose primary responsibility isnew business acquisition. This is a true hunter role – success is driven bypipeline creation opportunityadvancement and closingenterpriseandmulti-location deals.

Primary Responsibilities:

New Business Development (70 – 80%)

Prospect and generate new opportunities via outbound activity

Target multi-location and distributed enterprises

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified deals

Execute consultive, value-based sales approach

Conduct discovery focused on:

Liability reduction

Operational improvement

Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations

Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers

Drive proposal development and negotiations

Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting

Territory Management:

Developing Regional and National Sales Plan

Travel up to 50% for customer meetings and site visits

Representing ISS-KY at industry events and trade gatherings

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

New logo acquisition

Opportunity conversion rates

Sales cycle progression

Required Qualifications:

1-5 years B2B sales experience

Demonstrated drive to win new business

Strong communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel ~50%

Highly self-motivated and competitive

Preferred Experience:

Physical Security, Low-Voltage Systems, and Access Control

POS or Retail Technology

Technology integrations

NetSuite by Oracle (or similar ERP platform experience)

Total Target Compensation (TTC): $140,000 USD*

(*TTC = Base and Commission, subject to sales success)
