Role Description We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative for our Knoxville location. This sales route will include the areas of Crossville, Wartburg, Jamestown, Monterey, Clarkrange, and Oneida. This on-site role involves managing relationships with retail partners, presenting sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase product awareness and sales within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development to attract and grow partnerships
Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service capabilities to foster and maintain retailer satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills to convey product information effectively and provide support
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet sales objectives
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
