Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in N Ft Myers, FL. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. Other responsibilities include promoting HireQuest Direct's staffing solutions, identifying client needs, providing insights to develop tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer support. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure service delivery and maintaining records of sales activity are also key aspects of the role.
The hours are 5:30am-2:00pm Monday thru Friday. There is office work to get done between 5:30am and 8:00am. Between 9am-2PM there is customer servie and sales work to be done in the field.
Starting pay is $41,500 base salary ($20/Hour) plus commissions and gas allowance.
Income Potential First Year $60k-$70K
Second year $70K-80K
Third Year $90K and up!

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with clients
Organizational and time management abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client needs and develop solutions
Proficiency in customer service and maintaining client satisfaction
Experience in the staffing or labor industry is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Willingness to work on-site and engage in face-to-face client interactions
