Job Description The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for the expansion of new client relationships across a variety business markets including health care providers, employers and legal offices while maintaining our current robust referral sources. The AE will be called on with other marketing members to assist with community and partnership events. Based predominantly in the Indianapolis market.

Key Responsibilities

Be able to articulate Aptiva Health offerings to prospects with an in-depth understanding of how our services add value and provide solutions

Promotion and education of our services to existing and new clients.

Seek new client relationships and maintain current relationships with daily client calls

Be proficient with using a laptop and mobile CRM of daily activities

Track referrals and analyze for growth potential

Serve as the key contact and resource for our customers

Be flexible in assisting with any and all customer needs

Maximize time with daily and weekly routing

Research and keep current with marketing trends and practices

Participate and provide feedback for routine marketing team meetings

Attend conferences in promotion of company offerings

Desired Skills And Characteristics

Medical Marketing experience (3 years minimum)

Coachable, learns and applies in real time

Above average emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain a positive attitude

Excellent written and verbal communicator (in office, phone & email)

Self-starter with personal drive to exceed goals and the ability to self-critique

Proactively identifies and addresses challenges and concerns

Personable individual who enjoys collaboration with internal teams, clients and consultants

Holds a “thirst for knowledge” and is consistent in staying solution-oriented, always reaching for new heights

Fosters high level of self accountability through aggressive, hard hitting performance metrics management
