
Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)
Miami, FL | Onsite | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
They are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a high‑energy, relationship‑focused sales environment. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys outbound outreach, account growth, and building long‑term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, prospecting, and lead follow‑up
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and pricing
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity
Follow up consistently to drive retention and repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications
1–3 years of inside sales, outbound sales, or customer‑facing experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
Reliable, organized, and goal‑oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Experience in food distribution, CPG, wholesale, or B2B sales
Data‑driven mindset with strong follow‑up skills
