SAM Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable, techsavvy Customer Service Representative to join our corporate office in Albany, GA. This is a fast-paced role where you will consistently handle customer calls, emails, and internal coordination to ensure accurate, timely service. Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a fast-paced environment Handle customer emails consistently throughout the day Enter customer information and service orders into internal systems with accuracy Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries promptly Coordinate with fellow branches to provide clear, accurate customer updates Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships Follow established company procedures and service standards Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations Qualifications
High school diploma (required) Exceptionally strong skills with computers, tablets, and smartphones Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment On-call availability as needed Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Must live in - or be willing to relocate to - the Albany, GA area Why Join SAM Service?
