Our client is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing sales team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of professional experience and is excited to break into sales or grow within an outbound role focused on building pipeline and driving new conversations.

Fully in-office 5x/week in Washington, DC (L & 15th St. NW)
Role Information
BDR role focused on outbound prospecting
Responsible for pipeline creation and qualified meetings bookedProspecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
CRM: HubSpot
Quota: monthly meetings + pipeline targets
Qualifications
1–2 years (but no more than 4 years) of professional work experience (sales experience not required)
Strong communicator — comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport
Highly organized and goal-oriented
Interest in developing a career in sales
Nice to Have:
Previous BDR, SDR, or customer-facing experience
Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Experience with Apollo.io, Lemlist, or similar tools
Startup experience
