Covering Jax down to Brevard County area. 55k plus commission. HOA knowledge is preferred. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue by expanding the company's customer base and partnerships in the HOA industry. This role combines market research, sales support, and relationship management to help the organization achieve its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients

Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, and market analysis

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Support sales efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop growth strategies

Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems

Participate in meetings, conferences, and networking events as needed

Analyze performance metrics and report on business development activities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the company's industry or target market

Familiarity with digital marketing or lead generation tools

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
