Hybrid - Tues/Weds/Thurs in office, in Stamford, no exceptions.

$115k-$130k + $10k-$20k Bonus

Position Overview Company is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Product Strategy & Development team, based in Stamford, Connecticut. Reporting to the Vice President of PS&D, this individual will collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver analytically grounded strategic insights that inform product and growth initiatives across the platform.

This role will heavily involve market research and analysis, data analysis, making strategic recommendations, and go to market support.

Duties

Drive analytical workstreams and develop insightful presentations to support high-impact strategic initiatives, including product launches, enhancements to existing offerings, expansion into new vehicles, entry into additional distribution channels, and competitive landscape assessments

Apply structured strategic methodologies and rigorous data analysis to formulate actionable, evidence-based recommendations

Utilize financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and industry research tools to uncover product innovation opportunities and enhance competitive positioning

Analyze and synthesize extensive product and market datasets spanning alternative investments, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts

Develop proficiency in internal data resources and external platforms such as FactSet, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Preqin, and ISS SI

Track industry developments and distill key themes, market shifts, and emerging trends into clear, executive-ready insights

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred

Progress toward CFA and/or CAIA credentials is advantageous

2–4+ years of relevant professional experience in asset management, investment management, or wealth management environments

Demonstrated knowledge of capital markets and a broad range of investment structures, including mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and periodic liquidity vehicles

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear conclusions

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills

Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and can work both independently and collaboratively

Highly organized with strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting as business needs evolve

Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
