
Responsibilities
Support the Social Media Manager in planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Assist with campaign execution, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
Write engaging captions, copy overlays, and basic marketing copy aligned with brand voice
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, etc.) to gather assets and information for posts
Help manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, flag trends or issues to the Social Media Manager
Stay up to date on social trends, platform updates, and best practices
Support additional marketing initiatives as needed (email, in-store promotions, events, etc.)
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of major social platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Proactive, positive, and adaptable mindset
Familiarity with social scheduling tools and analytics platforms preferred
Experience with photo/video content or editing tools is a plus
