
About The Role
As a part of the Customer Experience Team (CX), this position is a strategic partner that collaborates with the CRP Senior Product Manager‑Commercial Lending, business owners, and Agile teams to drive the evolution of Commercial Lending processes and the nCino Platform. The role is highly visible, bank‑facing, performing detailed business requirement discovery, data and workflow analysis, and testing for nCino and Salesforce. It involves leading discovery sessions independently, drafting functional and technical requirements, and defining acceptance criteria. The candidate works closely with the Product Manager to prioritize and deliver high‑value work and to resolve trade‑offs between schedule, scope, and budget. The role requires staying up‑to‑date with nCino features to keep the lending platform competitive.
Location: Corporate; available at a bank division across AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY. Base salary starts at $117,159.12 per year (Kalispell, MT) and varies by location and experience.
Description
Identify business requirements by eliciting subject‑matter experts, stakeholders, and sponsors utilizing interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis. Draft functional & technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Present design decisions to stakeholders, explain rationale using nCino technical knowledge, and collaborate with product management, development, and QA to meet business requirements.
Conduct process design/redesign, process improvement, workflow and data analysis for nCino and Salesforce, and recommend best practices.
Validate and conduct usability testing, set up scenarios, coordinate testing, recruit participants, and resolve defects. Create user procedures and support training.
Train team members and end‑users on enhancements and features, develop training materials, and facilitate workshops and presentations.
Adhere to governance, security, and risk management practices; comply with all company policies, BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC, and complete required training.
Qualifications Education
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business‑related discipline (organizational management, marketing, finance, or information technology).
Experience
Required:
Minimum 5 years of nCino platform experience.
Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit, or operations.
Preferred:
Minimum 3 years of nCino or Salesforce implementation experience.
Preferred:
Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams or mentoring peers.
Preferred:
Minimum 1 year of nCino Quality Assurance or UAT testing experience.
Preferred:
Experience writing User Stories/Requirements with Acceptance Criteria, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating releases.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, Scrum, SDLC, and/or Waterfall Methodologies.
Preferred:
Knowledge of DevOps environments (Azure DevOps, Jira, Toolkit, GitHub, AutoRabbit).
License / Certification
Preferred: One or more of the following Salesforce or nCino professional support and design certifications (Salesforce Administrator, nCino 101, nCino 201, etc.).
