Senior Brand Marketing Manager - Beauty - LA Our client is a top beauty company based in LA. This hybrid on-site role requires being based in Southern California.

The Brand Marketing Manager role is responsible for driving brand growth by developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for both new launches and core businesses with executional excellence. The role also involves owning and uncovering insights across consumer, category, culture and consumption to initiate breakthrough communications and data-driven marketing. Additional responsibilities include business & competitive analyses, marketing budget/financial competency and preparing presentations for top management meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Work harmoniously with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Creative, Social, Influencer, Community) to develop collaborative strategies for brand and product marketing.

Manage product launch cycle to ensure on-time delivery and proactively identify issues and work across teams (product, ops, creative) to resolve. (eg. packets, packaging, claims etc)

Assist Director with the management of a launch GTM timeline and coordinate all launch elements including the evaluations of formulations, competitive advantages, clinical testing, retail launch campaigns and 360 Marketing GTM plans.

Develop analysis and gather information to support plans/strategy development and provide market recommendations that drive business results.

Pull and analyze sell-through data and research sub-category trends to develop insights that support short- and long-term growth across multiple retail channels.

Develop and analyze business data, contribute to drawing conclusions, articulate category knowledge and the customer business cycle.

Operational excellence: ensure forecast reflects promotional grid, channel demands and marketing partner needs; perform forecasting, consumption, shipment and inventory analysis autonomously.

Manage the highly complex forecasting process that goes along with viral products.

Work with marketing partners (Social, Influencer, Community, Digital) to create breakthrough consumer communications across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

MUST CURRENTLY BE A SENIOR BRAND MARKETING MANAGER AT A BEAUTY COMPANY IN LA.

6+ years of business-related experience focused on quantitative data management and project management skills
