Edgewell is seeking a
Senior Manager, Digital Insights & Analytics
to translate digital-first data into actionable consumer insights that fuel brand growth, innovation, and category strategy across our portfolio.
This position with have a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in office, at either our Shelton, CT or NYC locations
Reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights, this role partners closely with Brand, Marketing, Innovation, E-commerce, and Sales teams to uncover trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities using data such as ratings & reviews, search trends, e-commerce analytics, and digital shelf performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead analysis and synthesis of digital data into clear business insights Identify emerging trends and consumer opportunities across platforms Inform innovation, positioning, and portfolio decisions Manage external analytics partners (e.g., Black Swan, Revuze, Stackline) Deliver compelling insight stories that drive action
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 8+ years in Consumer Insights, Analytics, or Digital Insights Experience with digital data sources and e-commerce analytics Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
Preferred CPG experience (Beauty/Personal Care a plus) Familiarity with tools such as Black Swan, Revuze, Stackline, CommerceIQ, Profitero, IRI, or Nielsen
